The customer’s section gives you instant access to all customers, addresses, settings, turnover and balances.
Overview

The above view gives information and access to the following:
- Customers Name – With hyperlink to customer profile
- Customers postcode
- Customers business type
- Customer’s primary contact Telephone Number
- Customer’s primary contact email
- Customers Sage Ref
- Buttons to view and edit.
Customer Profile
From the customer’s dashboard, you the scroll button to find your customer or the search facility by entering the customer’s name, address or contact name.
Once you have the correct customer, click on the name, and you will be taken to the Customers profile Page.

You can also:
- Edit
- Add Contact
- Add New Quotation
- Create Statement.
Customer information
As well as the edit features, you will see live information relating to the customer:
- Customer Spend
- Based on converted quotes for a selected period.
- Current balance
- Data returned by the Sage API.
- Current retentions
- Data from the IMS payment information.
Customer Contacts
Below the customer details are multiple sub-sections. The first is Customer Contacts.

You can edit, archive and select your contact as the primary contact.
Previous Quotes
Previous quotes list all previous quotes for this customer with the last date first.

Previous invoices for this customer
Previous Invoices list all previous invoices for this customer with the last date first.

Previous Jobs for this customer
Previous Jobs lists all previous invoices for this customer with the last date first.

Block A Customer
A customer at any time can be blocked. This account block will inhibit a quote from being converted.
To block a customer or to unblock or check a customer status, click on the customer, and you will be shown all the information, including Credit Limit, Payment Terms and Blocked.

To confirm an account is blocked or to remove a block, click edit and untick ‘Block account use’ as can be seen In the bottom right of this picture.

If a customer is blocked, sales can still complete a customer quote; it’s just they will not be able to convert the quote. The salesperson will see a message stating to contact accounts.
